About Mariangie Pena

Mariangie “Angie” Peña is Director of Marketing at the Harriet Beecher Stowe Center in Hartford, where she leads branding, communications, and outreach. She also manages Stowe on the Go, the Center’s social enterprise offering discussion-based, historically grounded social justice experiences to schools, companies, and community groups. Her work blends strategic storytelling, data-informed strategy, and community-centered design to connect people with the Center’s mission of literary activism. She holds an M.A. in Public Media with a concentration in Strategic Communications from Fordham University and a B.A. in Organizational Communication from SUNY New Paltz.
